Just putting it out there.
This is your official invitation to consider a visit to Hot Springs next January.
Dates are still to be confirmed but the idea is to leave as soon after Christmas Day as possible, travel to the mountain to experience New Year's in Suradet's tribal village (optional), and then return to Hot Springs to do three to five two-hour English programs for younger children (ages 5 to 8) in surrounding schools. Likely return within two weeks.
Cost for our trips usually run between $2,500 and $3,000 dollars (which includes everything but your own spending money).
The weather in January is much easier to handle. You might even be a little chilly up in the mountain.
The English program will be a simplified, fun version of the week long day camps we've done before.
And of course, we will spend time with our own Hot Springs kids, as well as encouraging Suradet and Yupa, as well as the new staff there, Jaroen and Dtu. Campfire every night, and I would love to see a whole-group trip to one of the smaller, nearby markets happen.
